Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Field Service Operations (FSO) Consultant to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow FSO solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to streamline field service processes, optimize work order management, scheduling, dispatching, and enhance technician productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Design: Conduct discovery workshops, gather requirements, and draft FRD, SDD, and user stories.

FSO Configuration: Implement Work Orders, Work Order Tasks, Agent Mobile App, Dispatcher Workspace, Scheduling Policies, and Energetic Scheduling.

Workflow & Automation: Build custom workflows using Flow Designer, business rules, and custom dashboards.

Integrations: Integrate FSO with ITSM,



CMDB, Asset Management, and third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs using IntegrationHub.

Testing & Support: Facilitate UAT, conduct end-user training, and provide Go-Live & Hypercare support.

Required Skills

7+ years of hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform, with deep expertise in Field Service Operations (FSO/FSM).

Expertise in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Mobile Agent, ITSM, CMDB, and Asset Management.

Solid understanding of field workforce management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-FSM, ITIL Foundation.

Vendor-provided laptop required according to project configuration standards.
