Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into consultation appointments.
- Explain our hair, skin, and body treatments to prospective clients.
- Schedule appointments for doctor consultations.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
- Update customer information and call records in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly appointment booking targets.
- Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi .
- Solid persuasion and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
