SuccessVisa is a registered migration and education consultancy with offices across Parramatta, Toongabbie, and Melbourne (Australia), and Chandigarh (India). We help clients navigate visa, migration, and education pathways, and we're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer who can independently create high-quality visual content across digital, print, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, brand consistency, and can turn briefs into polished, on-brand creatives with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creatives for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) including posts, reels covers, carousels, and stories
- Create marketing collateral: brochures, flyers, banners, email templates, and presentation decks
- Design branded assets for campaigns, seminars, and events (posters, backdrops, certificates, invites)
- Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently (colors, typography, logo usage) across all materials
- Collaborate with the content, video, and social media teams to align visuals with messaging and campaign goals
- Prepare print-ready and web-ready files in correct formats and resolutions
- Manage multiple design requests simultaneously and meet tight turnaround times
- Stay current with design trends and suggest fresh creative directions

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop,



Illustrator, and InDesign (Canva proficiency is a plus)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
- Experience designing for both digital (social media, web) and print media
- Ability to work within brand guidelines while bringing creative ideas to the table
- Basic understanding of file formats/specs for different platforms (social media size specs, print bleed/CMYK, etc.)
- Positive communication skills and ability to interpret briefs accurately

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

- Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or web design basics
- Prior experience in a marketing agency, consultancy, or in-house marketing team
- Portfolio showing social media and campaign design work

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
- A strong portfolio is mandatory for consideration
