About the Role: Sales Support

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team

* Prepare quotations, proposals, proforma invoices, and sales orders

* Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for order processing

* Maintain and update customer database and sales records





* Track sales orders, dispatch status, and payment follow-ups

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues

* Prepare MIS reports, sales performance reports, and forecasts

* Support sales team during client meetings, exhibitions, and events

* Ensure timely communication between clients and internal teams
