- Expertise in 12c,19c versions & OEM
- Build and Deploy/Implement Solutions. Perform Capacity Planning and DR Planning.
- Expertise in Troubleshooting Performance Issues and providing solutions.
- Expertise in RMAN Backup/Restore/Recovery.
- Expertise in Role swap & Failover planning and implementation.
- Solid technical knowledge of database space management
- Implementing releases / service requests
- Expertise in GoldenGate




- Expertise in Database upgrades and migrations

Principal responsibilities

- The job holder is responsible for technical delivery of 24x7 production support to Oracle databases and work as a Subject Matter Expert for the production support team.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and provide permanent fixes.
- Investigate and provide solutions to database performance related issues.
- Lead Database team in crisis calls, participate in MIR and PIR calls, also mentor team members.
- Experience and expertise in maintaining complex High Availability & Replication setups.
- Provide consultancy for complex setups and Disaster Recovery
- Identify automation and Self-Healing opportunities and develop automation to reduce manual efforts and standardize processes.
