Job Description – Sales & Marketing Executive

Our product range includes corporate diaries, T-shirts, clipboards, office stationery, promotional merchandise, customized branding materials, and various advertising solutions designed to enhance brand visibility.

Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, printing, promotional products, or advertising solutions. The ideal candidate should be passionate about field sales, building client relationships, and generating bulk business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel extensively across Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra to meet prospective clients.
- Promote QSP's range of POP advertising materials, corporate gifting products, and customized branding solutions.
- Identify and approach corporate clients, distributors, dealers, retailers, marketing agencies, educational institutions, and businesses.
- Generate bulk orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and new customers.
- Conduct product presentations and explain customization options to clients.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, negotiations,



and order closures.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the production and operations teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Submit regular reports on client visits, sales activities, and business opportunities.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in printing, advertising, corporate gifting, promotional products, or a related industry.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to generate leads and convert them into bulk business.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
