Job Title: Junior MEP Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior MEP Quantity Surveyor with experience in high-rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing quantity take-offs, cost estimation, billing, and coordination for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works to ensure cost efficiency and project compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare quantity take-offs for MEP (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) works.

· Assist in cost estimation and budgeting for high-rise construction projects.

· Prepare and verify RA bills, client bills, and subcontractor bills.

· Monitor project costs, variations, and deviations from budget.

· Review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and contract documents.

· Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and consultants.

· Track material consumption and reconciliation statements.

· Assist in tendering process, vendor evaluation, and rate analysis.





· Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

· Maintain proper documentation of all QS records and reports.

Required Skills:

· Robust knowledge of MEP systems in high-rise buildings

· Proficiency in quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, and billing

· Good understanding of electrical drawings and specifications

· Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Excel

· Knowledge of rate analysis and cost control techniques

· Strong analytical and negotiation skills

Preferred Skills:

· Experience working in high-rise residential/commercial projects

· Knowledge of contract management and FIDIC terms (basic)

· Exposure to ERP/Construction software is an added advantage
