Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented MEP Estimation Engineer to join our team. The candidate will assist in preparing cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and tender documentation for MEP projects. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and professionals with up to 3 years of experience who are eager to build a career in MEP estimation.

Key Responsibilities

- Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Prepare quantity take-offs for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and bid proposals.
- Collect and compare quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Support the preparation of technical and commercial tender submissions.
- Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project teams during the bidding process.
- Maintain estimation records, cost databases,



and documentation.
- Identify discrepancies in drawings and prepare RFIs where required.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders and compliance with client requirements.
- Support project handover to the execution team after award.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in MEP estimation, tendering, or construction (Freshers with relevant knowledge are encouraged to apply).

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and BOQs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of estimation software or Revit/BIM is an added advantage.
- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
