Your work profile

- In our Assurance (A&A;) Team you will work as a Procurement-Sourcing specialist within the client’s ecosystem with the intention of exceeding client expectations.
- Build and scale the procurement organization in India (greenfield or transformation setup)
- Implement procurement policies, SOPs, and standardized processes
- Oversee sourcing and category strategies across:
- Direct procurement (raw materials, components, manufacturing inputs - if applicable)
- Technology (IT infrastructure,



software, SaaS, digital services)
- Non-technology categories (facilities, marketing, HR, skilled services, logistics, etc.)
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, RFPs, and complex negotiations
- Drive supplier consolidation and long-term value partnerships
- Build and manage a robust supplier ecosystem across categories
- Lead supplier selection, onboarding, performance management, and development
- Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and commercial frameworks

Key skills required:

- Bachelor’s degree in business. B.COM/ BBA/ B.Tech/ MBA/M.Com/M.Tech
- Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, negotiations, and contract management
- Experience with procurement tools (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, etc.)
- Enterprise-wide cost savings and value delivered
- Procurement maturity (processes, systems, governance)
- Cycle time and operational efficiency improvements
- Supplier performance and risk mitigation
