HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

Job Summary:
Computers Network and Telecom India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage Talent Acquisition and support HR operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment and be able to handle the complete recruitment lifecycle independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate joining formalities and induction activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and HR records.




- Ensure timely closure of open positions while delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred; Bachelor's degree with relevant experience is also acceptable.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Solid communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HR documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
