Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management

- Maintain and manage accurate financial records and statements.
- Prepare and analyze profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

Taxation & Compliance:

- Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance and returns.
- Ensure timely submission of all statutory filings.

Accounts Payable/Receivable:

- Process and record accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors and follow up on outstanding invoices.

Banking & Reconciliation:

- Perform bank reconciliations regularly.
- Handle transactions related to bank accounts, loans, and other financial instruments.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget adherence and report deviations.

Audits & Reporting:





- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Generate financial reports for management and stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies:

- Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s in Commerce (B.Com.) or Master’s in Commerce (M.Com.)

Experience: 1 to +6 years in accounting, finance, or a related field.
