Your work profile

- Lead requirement-gathering workshops and business discovery sessions with stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for transformation.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Lead and support SAP Syniti data migration, transformation, and integration projects.
- Design data replication, cleansing, validation, and transformation strategies.
- Configure and customize SAP Syniti solutions based on client requirements.
- Develop and optimize data workflows for seamless system integration.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity during migrations.
- Create test cases, support testing activities, and validate migration outcomes.
- Provide training, guidance, and post-implementation support to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team capability building.
- SAP Syniti Expertise Required
- SAP Syniti Data Migration and Data Management.
- Data cleansing, transformation, and replication.

Key skills required; -

- 6 - 10 Years of Experience in SAP Synity
- Lead and assist with the implementation of SAP Syniti solutions, including data migration, transformation, and integration processes.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for data solutions.
- Design and implement data replication, cleansing, and transformation strategies in SAP Syniti.
- Develop and optimize data workflows and processes to ensure seamless data integration between systems.
- Provide expert guidance and best practices on SAP Syniti tools, helping clients maximize the value of their investment.
- Conduct data analysis to ensure data quality and integrity during the migration process.
- Configure and customize SAP Syniti software to meet specific business needs.
- Develop test cases and participate in testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data migration.
- Provide training and support to clients to ensure smooth adoption of SAP Syniti solutions.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in SAP Syniti and related technologies.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field or MBA
