Job Description – Business Development Executive (Interior Projects)

Role Overview

Mod Faab is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our presence in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and converting leads into successful interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads for residential, commercial, office, retail, and institutional interior projects.
- Identify and connect with architects, builders, consultants, developers, and potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team.
- Follow up on enquiries and quotations to achieve project closures.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.




- Prepare daily activity reports and update lead status.

Requirements

- Experience in Sales / Business Development preferred.
- Experience in Interior, Construction, Furniture, or Building Material industries will be an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel across Chennai.

Compensation

Starting Salary: ₹20,000 + Performance-Based Incentives
