Job Summary

XPRESSBEES LOGISTICS is looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to manage our digital presence, generate quality leads, and increase brand awareness through social media and paid advertising. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, AI-powered content creation, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

- Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads for lead generation and brand awareness.

- Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Performance Max.

- Generate qualified franchise and business leads through digital marketing campaigns.

- Create professional AI-generated promotional videos, reels, and marketing creatives.

- Design social media posts, banners,



and promotional campaigns using up-to-date design tools.

- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI through data analysis.

- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.

- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support business growth.

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and social media algorithms.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.

- Experience with Google Ads.

- Ability to create AI-generated videos using modern AI tools.

- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design software.

- Understanding of lead generation, social media strategy, and performance marketing.

- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.

- Experience in logistics, franchise, or e-commerce marketing will be an added advantage.
