Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome)

Mode of Work: 5 days a week – Work from Office (Rotational Week off - not saturday/ sunday fixed off)

Shift: Rotational Shifts - Should be open for Night shift (Two-way cab facility available)

Salary (CTC): Upto 3 LPA

Job Description – Freshers (Chat Process)

Role & responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via chat support in a timely and skilled manner
- Provide accurate information related to billing, charges, invoices, and payment issues
- Resolve discrepancies in invoices and billing errors

Preferred candidate profile

- Any graduate Or PUC dropouts can be processed




- 0 - 2 years of experience in chat support / customer service
- Strong written communication skills (grammar, clarity, tone)
- Basic understanding of billing processes and telecom/network concepts
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously

Interview Process

- Assessment - Passing score 60%
- Ops Interview - Manager Interview call (Virtual)
- Assessment Technical - 55% Passing score
- Typing Test - F2F at office Passing score 30% speed
