Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Engineer

Experience: 5–7 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering

Role & Responsibilities

- Monitor and ensure quality of construction works as per approved drawings, specifications, and IS standards.
- Conduct inspections for RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, and finishing works.
- Perform concrete cube testing, material testing, and quality checks.
- Prepare Inspection Requests (IRs), checklists, quality reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and project quality plans.
- Monitor material approvals and maintain quality records.
- Identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 5–7 years of experience in QA/QC for high-rise residential, commercial, redevelopment, or SRA projects.
- Robust knowledge of RCC, finishing works, concrete technology, IS Codes, and quality control procedures.
- Experience in cube testing, material testing, and quality documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹9,725.88 - ₹63,156.49 per month
