HR Team Leader*

Experience:* 4+ Years in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition

Salary:* Up to ₹5.4 LPA

Working Days:* 5 Days Working

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the recruitment team.

* Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.

* Allocate requirements and monitor team performance.

* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

* Conduct interviews, screening, and candidate assessments.

* Ensure timely closure of open positions.

* Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and hiring metrics.

* Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
