Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Project Manager to oversee residential interior site execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong site management skills, effectively coordinate with clients, vendors, and installation teams, and ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining the highest quality standards..
Key Responsibilities.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day interior site activities.
- Supervise installation teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Verify site measurements, drawings, and project specifications before execution.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure timely material delivery and verify quantities at the project site.
- Monitor workmanship and maintain D'LIFE quality standards.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion as per schedule.
- Support project billing, payment collections, and documentation.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders.
- Complete project handover and ensure client satisfaction upon project completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in residential interior project execution.
- Willingness to travel across project sites.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Experience in modular residential interiors will be an added advantage.
