We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, understand current trends, and know how to create engaging content that drives brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company's social media accounts including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish high-quality content.
- Write engaging captions, posts, and campaign copy.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to produce creative content.
- Research industry trends, viral content, and competitor strategies.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages when required.
- Track content performance and prepare monthly social media reports.
- Assist in planning marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Canva AI to improve content creation and productivity.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing (Freshers with an exceptional portfolio may also apply).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram,



LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

- Experience running organic social media campaigns.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn marketing.
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Understanding of content strategy, branding, and social media analytics.
- Experience using AI-powered content creation tools.
