HR Recruiter / Recruitment Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, source suitable candidates, coordinate interviews, and support overall HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements from departments
- Post job openings on job portals and social media
- Source candidates through portals, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assessments
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
- Support employee onboarding and HR operations
- Ensure timely closure of open positions





Required Skills

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Basic MS Office skills
- Negotiation and coordination abilities
- Time management and multitasking

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

Experience

- Fresher or 1–3 years of recruitment/HR experience
