KINS Hospital is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Discharge Typist with knowledge of IPD coordination to support our clinical and operations team by preparing accurate discharge summaries and ensuring timely completion of patient discharge documentation and looking after In patient coordination work.

Key Responsibilities

- Type discharge summaries as dictated or approved by consultants.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of patient records.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, MRD, billing, pharmacy, and IPD coordinators for timely discharge processing.
- Print, compile, and organize discharge files and supporting documents.
- Verify patient demographic details and documentation before finalization.
- Update discharge records in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
- Maintain turnaround time targets for patient discharges.
- Support medical records documentation and filing as required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
