1. Complete responsibility of inbound and Outbound of operation

2. Daily call 9 AM with AOM and OM with regards to scorecard as per amazon target

3. Responsible for Quality performance and customer experience of their territory

4. Follow up of Timely opening and closing of Station

5. Available Manpower check and creation of Alternative options for smooth operation

6. carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and

procedure

7. strategic Planning and forecasting, appraise performance, reward and discipline employees,

resolves problems, and reporting of staffing needs.

8. Monthly Visit of site and proper reporting to management and if any query to resolve same

To cross verify cash submission with CD slip and SCC remittance and if any discrepancy to

highlight the same and get it close on priority

10. Checking Ageing packages , RTS pendency packages and get it cleared with respective

stations on Daily basis

11. Working on ROI as per the management requirement

12. Checking an resolving query raised on IDFY portal

13. Co-ordination with Amazon CTL and CRM and resolving the Query raised from their endFollow up woth Hub Manager for multiple Metrics

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
