We are hiring a Service Manager to oversee after-sales service operations for AJAX Self-Loading Concrete Mixers (SLCMs). The role involves managing workshop and field service, ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing machine uptime, and leading the service team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage workshop and field service operations.
- Ensure timely machine maintenance, breakdown support, and repairs.
- Lead and monitor Service Engineers and Technicians.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
- Process warranty claims and coordinate with AJAX OEM.
- Achieve service revenue, AMC, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Coordinate with the Parts team for spare parts availability.
- Monitor service KPIs and submit MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E.
/ B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
Experience
- 5–8 years in construction equipment or heavy machinery service, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Experience with AJAX SLCMs is preferred.
