We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B FMCG Sales Executive to join our team in Surat and Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B FMCG sales, with strong market knowledge and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new B2B clients such as distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits to generate new business opportunities.
Negotiate pricing, close sales, and ensure timely collections.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B FMCG Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Good understanding of the local FMCG market in Surat/Ahmedabad.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
