Job Title: Showroom Manager
Location: Udaipur
Experience: 4 to 8 years Automobile dealership / EV / retail sales
Roles and Responsibilities
Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly targets
Manage complete sales process (leads, follow-ups, test drives, conversion)
Lead, train, and motivate sales team
Ensure excellent customer experience and handle escalations
Educate customers about EVs, charging, and government perks
Manage showroom operations (display, staff, floor management)
Coordinate vehicle deliveries with service/logistics teams
Maintain inventory visibility of vehicles and accessories
Support marketing activities, events, and lead generation
Prepare sales reports and ensure compliance with brand guidelines
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate (Business/Marketing preferred)
Experience in showroom or team handling preferred
Sales & target achievement

Basic EV knowledge (preferred)
