- Job Description: Develop and maintain Task and Routine Playbooks for scalable, goal-oriented dialog flows.
- Ensure consistency and reusability across workflows for repeatable business outcomes.
- Responsibilities: Configure and manage Datastores to enable adaptive, session-aware interactions.
- Integrate with REST APIs, databases, and third-party services to enrich bot capabilities.
- Conduct manual testing and flow optimization to ensure high accuracy in intent detection and seamless backend integration.
- Design and execute test cases to validate conversational flows and backend connectivity.
