Research Programmer – MATLAB & SimulinkAbout the Role

Panacorp Software Solutions is looking for a Research Programmer with strong hands-on experience in MATLAB and Simulink to work on engineering research and development projects. The role involves developing simulation models, implementing engineering algorithms, analyzing technical data, and contributing to innovative research solutions. Candidates with practical experience in live projects and a strong analytical mindset are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Biomedical, Mechatronics, Automobile, Aerospace, Computer Science, or related Engineering disciplines.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in MATLAB and Simulink is mandatory.
- Practical experience working on live engineering or research projects.
- Strong knowledge of MATLAB programming, Simulink model development, and engineering simulations.
- Good understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms.
- Experience with ANSYS or other simulation tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, algorithm development, and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication and technical documentation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement engineering algorithms using MATLAB.
- Design, develop, test, and optimize simulation models using Simulink.
- Perform data analysis, model validation, and performance optimization.




- Work on research and development projects involving engineering simulations and algorithm development.
- Collaborate with Research Analysts and technical teams to develop creative engineering solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, project reports, and research deliverables.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing MATLAB and Simulink models.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in simulation technologies, Machine Learning, and engineering tools.

Compensation

Salary: Negotiable. The final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's technical expertise, project experience, analytical ability, and overall performance during the interview process.
