Position: Art & Graphic Design Faculty

Job Summary

Image Creative Education is seeking a passionate and creative Art & Graphic Design Faculty to train and mentor students in traditional art fundamentals and up-to-date graphic design tools. The ideal candidate should possess strong artistic skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to inspire students through practical, project-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging classroom sessions in Art Fundamentals and Graphic Design.
- Teach subjects such as Drawing, Sketching, Color Theory, Composition, Typography, Branding, and Digital Illustration.
- Train students in industry-standard software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Guide students in creating portfolios, assignments, and live projects.
- Develop lesson plans, course materials, and practical exercises.
- Assess student performance through assignments, presentations, and projects.
- Mentor students on creative thinking, design principles, and industry best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Support students in portfolio development and placement preparation.
- Participate in academic activities, workshops, seminars, and institutional events.
- Maintain student attendance,



academic records, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure quality education.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Art Fundamentals and Graphic Design principles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of Digital Illustration and Layout Design.
- Excellent drawing and visualization skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to mentor and motivate students.
- Creative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Passion for teaching and continuous learning.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Relevant teaching or industry experience in Art and Graphic Design is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent portfolios and subject knowledge may also apply.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in portfolio development and student mentoring.
- Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals, Motion Graphics, or Digital Painting is an added advantage.
- Industry certifications in Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.
