We are looking for motivated fresher’s to join our team as Property Advisors for Newtown area. You don’t need prior experience. Team will provide comprehensive training to teach you everything about the property market, client handling, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Area Specialization: Learn the ins and outs of the Newtown residential and commercial real estate market.
- Client Interaction: Accompany prospective buyers to property sites in Newtown and explain project features, amenities, and pricing.
- Lead Management: Call potential leads, understand their property requirements, and schedule site visits.
- Deal Support: Assist senior managers in closing property deals and handling basic documentation.
What We Are Looking For
- Eligibility: Open to freshers (Recent graduates in any stream are welcome).
- Communication& Body language:
Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills with confident body language.
- Locality Knowledge: Familiarity with the Newtown area/routes is a major plus.
- Attitude: A high energy level, positive attitude, and a strong hunger to learn and earn.
