Responsible for the Branch P&L;, overseeing end-to-end showroom operations to drive top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability growth through effective team leadership, optimal inventory management, and superior customer engagement, while ensuring exceptional service standards, brand compliance, and timely delivery aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning.
The candidate should be proficient in sales analytics, team training, and cross-functional coordination, with a deep understanding of premium customer engagement and market trends.
A graduate degree in business, retail, or a related field is preferred, with 5–8 years of relevant experience in retail, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
Preferably a resident from Chembur who speaks Tamil .
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
