Sales Manager – B2B Herbal Extracts Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience

- Minimum 4 years of sales experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates with B2B sales experience in the herbal extracts, nutraceutical ingredients, phytochemicals, pharmaceutical raw materials, or food ingredients industry.

Preferred Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in bulk sales of herbal extracts and nutraceutical ingredients.
- Existing network or database of manufacturers, formulators, traders, and companies dealing in herbal extracts, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, or food ingredients.
- Basic technical knowledge of herbal extracts, standardized extracts, active markers, and ingredient applications.
- Familiarity with lead generation and business development tools such as LinkedIn, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, ExportersIndia, and other B2B sales portals.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.




- Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings, exhibitions, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B business opportunities for herbal extracts and nutraceutical ingredients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetic, and food manufacturing companies.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical and production teams to ensure timely customer support and order execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
