IPD Billing Executive
Location: Kailash Hospital Greater Noida, Greater Noida

We are looking for an experienced IPD Billing Executive to manage inpatient billing operations, Panel Billing ,insurance/TPA coordination, and discharge billing processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle complete IPD billing process for admitted patients.
- Prepare accurate patient bills and ensure timely final billing at discharge.
- Coordinate with TPA/Insurance teams for cashless approvals and claim processing.
- Verify doctor consultation, investigations, pharmacy, and procedure charges.
- Coordinate with nursing stations and departments for billing updates.
- Resolve patient and attendant billing queries professionally.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per hospital policies.




- Maintain billing MIS and records in hospital software (HIS).
- Minimize billing errors and ensure accurate data entry.
- Support accounts team in reconciliation and pending cases.

Required Skills:

- Experience in IPD Billing / Hospital Billing
- Knowledge of TPA & Cashless Process/Panel Billing
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/HIS)

Qualification:
Graduate with relevant hospital billing experience preferred.

Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred in Hospital Industry)
