We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage procurement, inventory, vendor coordination, logistics, and material planning. The candidate will ensure timely availability of materials, optimize supply chain operations, and support project execution while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor end-to-end supply chain activities.
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and consumables.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, and deliveries.
- Track material dispatch, transportation, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, GRNs, and stock movements.
- Coordinate with project, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth material flow.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.




- Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Prepare MIS reports related to procurement, inventory, and supply chain performance.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
- Resolve supply chain issues to minimize project delays.
- Support audits by maintaining proper documentation.
