About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Executive to manage and grow our presence on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and other e-commerce platforms. The candidate should be skilled in product listing, catalog management, marketplace operations, and advertising campaigns.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management

- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and other marketplaces.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, images, and descriptions.
- Monitor listing health and resolve listing-related issues.

Catalog & Inventory Management

- Upload and maintain product catalogs.
- Coordinate inventory updates and stock management.
- Track product availability and prevent stock-outs.
- Manage SKU creation and product variations.

Advertising & Promotions

- Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Manage promotions, discounts, and marketplace offers.

Sales & Performance Tracking

- Monitor daily sales performance and marketplace metrics.
- Generate reports on sales,



advertising, and inventory.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies.
- Analyze customer behavior and marketplace trends.

Order & Customer Management

- Track orders, returns, and refunds.
- Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams.
- Resolve marketplace-related operational issues.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and seller ratings.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Knowledge of product listing and catalog management.
- Experience in Amazon PPC and Flipkart Advertising.
- Understanding of marketplace SEO and keyword optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience with multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
- Knowledge of inventory and order management systems.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
