Position: Backend Officer
Location: Current Alipore West Bengal
Experience Required: 1–4 years

Salary-15000k in hand

Shift Timing: 10-7 P.M.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to join our team in New Alipore. In this role, you will be responsible for handling daily data management, maintaining accurate records, and supporting core business operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in data entry, a solid command of Advanced Excel, and excellent communication skills to seamlessly coordinate across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Management: Handle daily data entry tasks with high accuracy, ensuring all databases and operational logs are kept up-to-date.
- Reporting: Utilize Advanced Excel functions to compile, format, and generate daily, weekly, or monthly operational reports.
- Documentation: Organize, maintain, and retrieve digital and physical records, documents, and candidate/client files.
- Communication:



Coordinate with different departments and address internal or external inquiries clearly and professionally via email or phone.
- Social Media Page- Maintaining the social media page, creating posts.
- Administrative Support: Assist management with daily administrative tasks to ensure a smooth workflow in the office.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Experience: Prior experience in data entry, back-office operations, or administrative roles is highly preferred.

· Technical Skills: Proficient in Advanced Excel (must be comfortable with functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic data formatting).

· Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali.

· Attributes: Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in typing, with a proactive approach to solving daily operational bottlenecks.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per hour
