Job Summary:

We are looking for a Purchase & Store Executive to manage hardware materials, maintain store records, handle vendor coordination, and support basic accounts-related activities. This is a full-time in-house office role with system-based work. Training will be provided on Odoo ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and manage hardware material stores (materials in & out records).
- Ensure accurate stock tracking and inventory updates.
- Prepare and maintain basic balance sheets and store-related accounts records.
- Raise purchase requests, follow up with vendors, and coordinate deliveries.
- Prepare and submit payment requests and supporting documents.
- Update transactions and inventory details in Odoo system (training provided).
- Coordinate with internal teams for material requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.

Skills & Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of accounts, purchase, or store management.




- Familiarity with hardware materials is an added advantage.
- Experience in the Odoo system is preferable.
- Positive coordination and follow-up skills with vendors.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, records maintenance).
- Attention to detail and basic documentation skills.
- Communication skills fluency in English and Hindi preferred.

Qualification & Experience:

- Education: B.Com or any qualification (candidates willing to learn are welcome).
- Experience: 0–1 year (Minimum 6 months experience in accounts or relevant store roles preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
