Job Title: Social Media Executive

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with institution goals and objectives.

· Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X and LinkedIn.

· Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence, ensuring a consistent brand voice and messaging.

· Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using relevant tools to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

· Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and implement innovative strategies to increase audience engagement.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.

· Engage with the online community, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and qualified manner.

· Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitive insights, and potential opportunities.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, management,



or a related field.

· Proven experience (2 years) working in social media marketing or a similar role.

· Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights for optimizing social media performance.

· Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated with the latest social media trends and technologies.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

· Knowledge of basic graphic design, video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).

· Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹9,986.32 - ₹35,691.47 per month
