Basic eligibility criteria:-

- 6 - 8 month tele sales / calling or Tele sales / calling in any BPO for products or services.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good understanding and speaking in English.
- Basic knowledge of computer.

Job responsibilities:-





- To make communication with our Associates.
- Finding out their problems.
- Should be tried to address their problems by him/her.
- Genuine problems should be forwarded to concern department by her.
- Follow-up of every grievance till it to be resolved.
- Reporting to management regarding serious & unresolved problems.
- Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
- Reminder Calls to our Associates regarding every month’s offers.

Salary:- Rs.12,000 - 20,000/- per month + Incentives + benefits.
