Glimmerwood is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Project Manager / Coordinator with 5+ years of experience to lead our projects from concept to completion. You will oversee high-end residential and commercial projects, ensuring they are executed with precision, on schedule, and within budget. We need a strong leader who can manage complex construction phases while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee multiple interior installation and execution projects, monitoring plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Technical Oversight: Read and verify BOMs, Cut Lists, and 2D technical drawings; ensure all deliverables (panels, hardware, accessories) meet specifications.
- Team Leadership: Supervise site engineers and technicians, allocating daily work plans and maintaining movement reports.
- Vendor Management: Source reliable labor vendors, negotiate work orders, and manage payment certifications.
- Site Coordination: Frequent travel to project sites for inspections; act as the primary liaison between architects, designers, contractors, and clients.
- Quality & Reporting: Manage project documentation (issue registers, scheduling, completion reports)



and conduct final QC checks before client handover.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 5+ years in interior project execution (residential/commercial/luxury experience preferred).
- Technical Proficiency: Robust grasp of interior materials, modular furniture, MEP basics, and ability to read CAD/technical drawings.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Tamil is essential for effective vendor and team coordination. Knowing Hindi would be an advantage.
- Tools: Proficient in MS Office (Excel for tracking/reporting) and Google Workspace. Knowledge of project management software is a plus.
- Attributes: Strong leadership, ability to multitask, and a calm, solutions-oriented approach under pressure.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
