Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Quarry & Crusher Plant Manager to manage the daily operations, administration, office supervision, accounts coordination, and sales coordination of our quarry and crushing unit.

The candidate should be capable of handling both site operations and office-related responsibilities. The role requires proper supervision of production, dispatch, staff, records, accounts coordination, customer coordination, and daily reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day quarry and crusher plant operations.

Supervise crusher production, loading, stock movement, dispatch, and site workflow.

Oversee office administration and ensure proper discipline, coordination, and reporting.

Coordinate with accounts team for bills, payments, receipts, diesel records, purchase records, sales records, and daily expense entries.

Coordinate with sales team/customers for orders, material availability, dispatch planning, delivery status, and payment follow-up.

Supervise weighbridge operations and ensure proper recording of inward and outward material.

Maintain daily reports for production, sales, stock, dispatch, diesel consumption, machinery hours, manpower attendance, expenses, and collections.

Coordinate with operators, drivers, helpers, maintenance staff, weighbridge staff, office staff, and accounts staff.

Monitor machinery breakdowns, maintenance requirements, spare parts usage, and service coordination.





Ensure proper stock management of aggregates, M-sand, P-sand, and other crusher products.

Ensure smooth communication between site, office, accounts, sales, customers, and management.

Maintain discipline, cleanliness, safety, and proper workflow at the quarry and crusher site.

Submit daily updates and reports to the management.

Required Candidate Profile:

Previous experience in quarry, crusher plant, mining, blue metal, aggregates, M-sand, construction materials, or similar industry preferred.

Should have experience in site supervision, office supervision, accounts coordination, and sales coordination.

Should be able to manage labour, machine operators, drivers, office staff, and dispatch staff.

Basic knowledge of billing, accounts coordination, stock records, diesel records, and payment follow-up required.

Should be practical, disciplined, responsible, and willing to take complete site responsibility.

Good communication and coordination skills are required.

Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills preferred.

Knowledge of crusher plant operations, dispatch, maintenance coordination, and customer handling will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience:

Quarry / Crusher Plant / Mining / Blue Metal / Aggregates: 3 to 5 years preferred

Site supervision / office administration / sales coordination: 2 to 5 years preferred

Salary:

₹40,000 per month
