Key Responsibilities

- Source and procure medical, surgical, laboratory, IVF-specific consumables, pharmaceuticals, equipment, and general office supplies.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate with vendors, and prepare comparative statements.
- Generate Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with IVF laboratory, pharmacy, nursing, OT, administration, and other departments to understand procurement requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment to avoid stock shortages.
- Ensure procurement complies with hospital policies, quality standards, and budgetary requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with approved vendors and evaluate vendor performance.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries, discrepancies, replacements, and warranty claims.
- Verify invoices, delivery challans, and supporting documents before processing payments.




- Maintain procurement records, contracts, vendor databases, and purchase documentation.
- Track purchase orders and follow up on pending deliveries.
- Assist in annual rate contracts and vendor selection processes.
- Support audits by maintaining accurate procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with the finance department for payment reconciliation and budget tracking.
- Ensure proper storage and handling requirements are communicated for temperature-sensitive and critical IVF materials.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
- Perform other procurement-related duties assigned by management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
