Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PEB Structural Draftsman to prepare accurate General Arrangement (GA), fabrication, shop, and erection drawings for Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with structural engineers, project managers, fabrication, and site teams to ensure timely, accurate, and production-ready drawing submissions.

Experience: 3–8 Years (PEB / Structural Steel Detailing Preferred)

Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (ITI/Diploma in Drafting with relevant PEB experience may also be considered.)

Key Responsibilities

Prepare General Arrangement (GA) drawings for PEB projects

Develop fabrication and shop drawings for primary & secondary steel structures

Prepare erection drawings with detailed connection information

Draft anchor bolt setting plans and base plate layouts

Prepare roof & wall cladding layouts, flashing, ridge, gutter, trim, and downpipe drawings

Revise drawings based on engineering updates and client feedback

Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, procurement, project, and site teams

Prepare fabrication drawings for columns, rafters, crane beams, bracing systems, mezzanines, staircases, and connection plates

Support site teams with technical clarifications and as-built drawings

Maintain drawing registers, revision records,



and document control

Technical Skills

AutoCAD (Mandatory)

Working knowledge of Tekla Structures (Preferred)

Knowledge of Advance Steel, SDS/2, or similar steel detailing software is an added advantage

Ability to read structural calculations and engineering drawings

Good understanding of fabrication processes and steel erection practices

Familiarity with IS Codes and steel construction standards

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
