Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and fluent TGT English Teacher to teach Classes VI–VIII. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a love for the English language through engaging, student-centered, and interactive learning experiences.

Freshers with exceptional communication skills, enthusiasm for teaching, and a strong command of English are warmly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach English Language and Literature to students of Classes VI–VIII in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans that develop reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication through interactive classroom activities.
- Conduct grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, creative writing, public speaking, and literary appreciation sessions.
- Assess student learning through assignments, projects, presentations, and formative and summative assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback and support students in achieving their academic goals.
- Integrate digital tools, multimedia resources,



and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
- Maintain accurate academic records and communicate student progress with parents.
- Participate actively in school events, literary clubs, competitions, assemblies, and co-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create an engaging and enriching learning environment.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in English (B.A. English) or a related discipline.
- B.Ed. is mandatory (or as per CBSE norms).
- Excellent spoken and written English with strong grammar and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and pedagogy is preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to use digital teaching tools effectively.
