Listing Executive – Responsibilities-

- Collect product content, specifications, images, and other required information from the Catalog Manager before creating product listings.
- Create and manage new product listings across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and other marketplaces.
- Upload and maintain accurate product titles, descriptions, bullet points, specifications, and product attributes.
- Update product images, videos, and other listing content as required.
- Create, manage, and maintain SKU codes and product variants.
- Map products to the appropriate categories and sub-categories on each marketplace.
- Ensure accurate entry of HSN codes, GST rates, dimensions, weight, color, size, and other product attributes.
- Update selling prices, MRP, promotional prices, and discounts in a timely manner.
- Add and manage new product variants,



including different sizes, colors, and pack quantities.
- Review listings regularly to identify and correct errors while maintaining data accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate with Operations teams to gather required information and ensure smooth listing processes.
- Use Excel templates for bulk uploads, bulk edits.
- Ensure all listings comply with marketplace guidelines and standards before publishing.
