Job discreption

- Lead end-to-end implementation of the Sales Force Automation (SFA) solution for enterprise customers.
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for key client accounts during implementation and post-go-live support.
- Understand client business processes and translate requirements into successful product deployments.
- Coordinate with Product, Technology, Customer Success, and Account Management teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Drive platform adoption by conducting stakeholder workshops, user enablement sessions, and change management initiatives.
- Monitor implementation milestones, project timelines, risks,



and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Track project health using dashboards, MIS, and implementation metrics, providing regular updates to leadership.
- Work closely with Account Managers to identify enhancement opportunities, drive customer satisfaction, and support upselling initiatives.
- Mentor regional implementation teams and establish best practices for project execution and customer engagement.
Continuously improve implementation processes to enhance delivery quality and customer experience.

Required Qualifications

- 3-7 years of experience in SFA/DMS implementation
- Experience with enterprise SFA platforms such as FieldAssist, Bizom, Botree, or similar is mandatory.
