We are looking for Outbound Customer Support Executive – DRA Certified

Mandatory Requirements to Apply

- HSC or Graduate (Any stream)
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- DRA Certification (Mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive verbal communication skills
- Prior telecalling/voice process experience preferred (Freshers can apply)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers for banking-related processes
- Handle customer queries in a professional and timely manner
- Verify customer documents and information accurately
- Maintain detailed and accurate call records
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines and quality standards

- Salary: 16,000 – 25,000 per month
