Key Responsibilities:

Core:

- Pre-sales activities: understanding customer needs, conducting product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (PoC) trials, and technical presentations
- Post-sales application support: user training, recommending upgrades and accessories
- Customer service support and service handling in coordination with Service Engineers to resolve technical or usage issues
- Preparation of technical documents, proposals, and specifications
- Close collaboration with Sales, Service, and Product teams for project execution
- Lead generation and product promotion through seminars, workshops, and scientific events

Key Competencies/Skill:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and service/Sales coordination skills
- Solid record-keeping and analytical skills
