Job Summary

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. The role supports accurate financial reporting and effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and financial statements.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare GST/TDS and other statutory compliance reports (as applicable).
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding financial matters.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce,



Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
- 15 years of experience in accounting or finance functions.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally Prime
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
