At The empowerHER Foundation, we work with underprivileged and severely disadvantaged girls through three focused initiatives: Hirkani, Pathshālā Plus, and Women in Sports. These programs help girls get the education and build the confidence and skills they need, while creating opportunities to become financially independent and create better futures for themselves and their families.

As we grow, we are looking for someone to lead our fundraising and partnerships efforts, who can build meaningful relationships with philanthropists, CSR leaders, foundations, and institutions that believe in investing in long-term, sustainable change.

This role would be ideal for someone who:⁠
- Is deeply aligned with the cause and can communicate it with authenticity and conviction⁠ ⁠Is entrepreneurial,



highly driven and comfortable building systems and processes from the ground up⁠
- Understands fundraising not merely as resource mobilisation, but as building partnerships around a shared vision for impact⁠ ⁠
- Enjoys engaging with senior stakeholders across CSR, philanthropy and the development sector⁠ ⁠
- Wants to play a meaningful role in shaping the growth journey of a mission-driven organisation

Experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, institutional giving, donor relations, business development or strategic partnerships would be valuable

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
