Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates across multiple domains
Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups
Assist in conducting interviews and onboarding activities
Maintain and update employee and intern records
Support the HR team in daily operational and administrative tasks
Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing HR initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Basic understanding of HR processes and metrics
Valuable organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets is a plus
